42nd Street are a charity based in Greater Manchester. They offer a range of individual therapeutic support, learning opportunities, groups and creative activities for young people, encouraging you to find your voice, develop new skills, have fun and demonstrate that you can manage your mental health and wellbeing to achieve your full potential.
They deliver services at their Manchester city centre base, in community venues, arts and cultural centres, and in schools and colleges across Greater Manchester to make sure their services are accessible.
Non-urgent advice: Young Persons Event for Long Term Conditions 26TH JULY 2024

The event has been organised, to invite young people (age 14 years and above) with a long term condition (Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy) preparing for Transition to adult services.
The Paediatric Specialist Nurses will be there with our adult colleagues, offering support and advice to young people, reaching Transition age.

- Citizens Advice
- Special schools
- Adult nursing teams
- Transition nurse from RMCH
- Housing
- Internship programme
- Voluntary/charitable organisations
