Making a Complaint


 

If, unfortunately, you need to make a complaint about the care you have received, please try and speak to the person/s involved immediately. A simple conversation may clear up any misunderstandings.

If you feel you cannot do this and need to make a formal complaint, please ask at the reception desk for a complaints form.

We take all complaints seriously and will deal with any complaint as soon as possible.

 

Please note that if you wish to complain about someone else’s care, you need to have written consent from them before we can speak to you about this.
